Absolutely love this coloring book! The Little Cactus is adorable! This is a great story that you can color along with! I wish I had a friend to watch the sun rise, count the tumbleweeds, and gaze up at the stars with me too!

What fun! As an Arizona native, I love reading this book to my kids. They get engaged in coloring and really fall in love with the little cactus and it's search for friendship. Plus, I now know what I'm getting for any out of town visitor ever!
A very clever little book that children can color along with he story. I bought it for my 5-year old granddaughter and she loved it. We live in Phoenix and she is in Omaha, so she enjoyed learning about where Grandma and Papa live.

The Little Cactus tells the story of a little cactus (obviously) who wants a friend. Who among us cannot identify with this? Several of the desert creatures he asks to be his friend turn him down because they are afraid of his sharp needles. Being a wonderful child's coloring book (and sweet story for us adults), you can assume that he finds a friend, but you might be surprised who becomes his forever friend.
The pictures are whimsical and beautifully drawn with enough room for your little one (or you) to be creative.
